Radical Consulting was organized from the ground up to be different. Typically consultants analyze problems and deliver reports leaving it up to you and your staff to implement those recommendations. We deliver solutions to create lasting change. We’ve worked as consultants, we’ve worked with consultants, we’ve been managers, we’ve been internal consultants and now we’ve launched our own firm. Over the years we have developed a number of tools and methodologies to help businesses create immediate change, saving tens of millions of dollars in the short-term and we have helped to change organizational culture to enable continuous improvement even after we’ve left.
We’ve worked with our clients for multiple projects but our goal is always to benefit you, the client, and not simply to rack up billable hours. That is, in part, why our fees are value-based, we’re not successful unless you are.
